To register your child at Killarney School:

Please stop by the school to pick up a registration package or download and fill out the following forms:

Required Registration Forms 

• K-12 Registration Form
• Student Acceptable Use Agreement & Parent Media Consent (K-6)
• Student Acceptable Use Agreement & Parent Media Consent (7-12)
• Acknowledgement of the Use of Personal Information and Personal Health Information

Additional Forms 

• Bus Students Transportation Request  (The Public Schools Act specifies that bussing is not available if you live within 1.6km)
• Children in Care Registration Form
• Unified Referral and Intake System Application (URIS) (Health Care Plans)
  • Anaphylaxis Health Care Plan
  • Asthma Health Care Plan
• Application Form for Transfer to a School of Choice - Within Division  Deadline is May 15th
• Application Form for Transfer to a School of Choice - Outside Division  Deadline is May 15th
